ScoutMasters for Troop 405

Greg Hogle is the Scoutmaster for 405. He has been Scoutmaster trained, Wood badge trained (has his beads), and been on staff for a NYLT (Green Bar) course. Greg is also CPR certified.

Clarence Christian is one of our assistant scoutmasters. He has been been Scoutmaster trained and has been through his Woodbadge course. He is working his ticket now.

Alan Sisk is our other assistant scoutmaster. He has been Scoutmaster trained. Alan is also CPR certified.

 

Committee Members for Troop 405

Jay Peck holds the Committee Chair. He has been Wood Badge trained, Powder Horn trained, trained as a shooting sports direct0r, wilderness first aid trained, and has the Scoutmaster award of Merit. He was also has been on Staff for the NYLT (Green Bar) course. He was the Scoutmaster for four years at Troop 405.

Deb Peck is the Treasurer for Troop 405. She has been through Committee Challenge. Deb has been the troop treasurer for five years.

Teresa Roby has served on the Troop 405 committee for eight years.  She is currently assisting scouts in the Life to Eagle process.  She has completed Basic Leader Training, Committee Challenge, Health & Safety, Youth Protection, Wood Badge (Antelope 92-46), and has served on Wood Badge Staff.  She also serves on the Covered Bridge District Committee as Advancement Chair.

Training for the adult leaders.

You need to go to this web site and do the Boy Scout training. The courses that you need to do are Boy Scout Fast Start, Committee Challenge, Safe Swim Defense, Youth Protection, and Safety Afloat. After you finish each course print out a card and bring it to the next meeting. Each year in March there is a CPR training. We need each of you to be CPR trained as well. http://olc.scouting.org/
